In light of the unprecedented pandemic caused by the current global Coronavirus (COVID-19), we just wanted to let you know how we are aiming to support all our customers.
Firstly, there has been no relaxation of the proof of competency from the Health and Safety Executive and as such you will still need to renew your ACS as and when it is required.
To reassure you, we have put the following protocols in place to ensure the centre remains a safe place when you are attending for training.
Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers. Therefore, the team have all been briefed and asked to stay at home and follow government guidelines should they display any symptoms of COVID-19.
If you are unwell, it is of the utmost importance that you please reschedule your course and do not attend. Anyone that attends with flu like symptoms will be asked to leave and reschedule.
We ask that anyone entering the centre washes their hands upon arrival, or use the hand sanitiser provided where you sign in.
We have deep cleaned the centre and will continue to ensure that the highest hygiene standards are maintained. You will also be assigned a desk that you will use throughout the duration of your course. Desks will also be cleaned every night once you leave.
We will also be practicing – and ask you to support – further social distancing wherever possible.
We are constantly monitoring the Government advice and will update our protocols as and when needed.
