Sample Photographs

During the course of retrospective inspections the need to attain photographic evidence is sometimes necessary.

This type of audit should be carried out with the shortest possible time lapse between job completion and audit inspection. The use of photographs serves to provide a useful aid to highlighting areas of concern. A few samples follow:

This gas fire was not cleaned properly at key components. This scenario if left unchecked could lead to combustion problems and the associated dangers.

This combustion vent was blocked with silicon by the tenant. The engineer failed  to notice this at the time of the annual safety check.

This photograph reveals a blow off termination from a combination boiler which is dangerously close to the wall. Should the boiler develop a fault with symptoms requiring the safe discharge of saturated steam, then problems could occur. Again this was not noted by the engineer at the time of gas safety inspection.
